Arta Haziri-Nuhiu(29 Oct 1982) is Master a professional musician, with a lot of experiences in and outside of the country. She is from Gjilan-Kosovo. She is a music teacher in Gjimnazi “Zenel Hajdini” in Gjilan, and director of artistic cultural center “Mollekuqet” in Gjilan.
She is executive director of two festivals in Kosovo, Mollekuqet(festival for children, 6 editions held) and Rising Stars(2 editions held).

She has been part of 10 state representations in different music festivals:
1. International Festival "Tra LA La" in Macedonia, Diploma as a member of professional jury
2. International Festival "Radiant Ray" in Moldova, Diploma as a member of professional jury.
3. International Festival "Aprila Pilieni" in Latvia, Diploma as a member of professional jury.
4. International Festival "Gold Microphone" in Slovenia, Diploma as a member of professional jury for two consecutive years.
5.International Festival "Singer Stage" in Malta, Diploma as a member of the professional jury
